Busy Mom Workouts

I know I can’t be the only mom out there who struggles to get or stay in shape. It could be a matter of just not having the time, or the motivation. I find both equally challenging, when I have the time I don’t have the motivation, and when I am motivated, I don’t have the time. This is why I find 10 or 15-minute workouts to be the best option for both problems, especially for us mamas. It’s harder to find motivation when you have a 60 workout planned, but 10 or 15 minutes? I am sure we can keep our kiddos entertained for that long.

Here are some of my favorite at-home workout plans to help you move. It’s not about losing weight, though that can be an added benefit, but it is more about staying healthy. Not only for our physical health but our mental and emotional health as well. It truly is a game changer for so many aspects of life. I don’t know about you, but I would love to live long enough to meet great-grandchildren if possible.

LivingTickled.com shares 10-minute exercise routines that require no weights or equipment for busy moms. Here you can find quick workouts for the particular body part you want to focus on.

If you are like me and cardio is more your thing, LifeUnboxed has some great suggestions for workouts for moms that are great for us cardio lovers. I know there aren’t many of us, but I hope you still enjoy these.

XO,

Diana
